dont want your payout, fix my car and pay penal beaters directly

On the 31 May 2021 a had an accident, due to delay of documents requesting and Covid-19 an assessment of my car was only assessed on the 29 June 2021 by discovery chosen assess, at the end of the assessment the gentleman said in 2 day they would get back to me, after 6 days I followed up (emails and calls) with little success and again a few days after, will the person appointed to my claim was almost always unavailable, today 14 July 2021 I called and spoke to someone who finally go hold of my assigned person and was later sent a request to accept an offer of R37000.00 payout based on their assessment which only includes face shell damage, and excludes my sense stopped working (electrical work is need) boot does not close and spare wheel storage does not open the hit locked and shifted the car) . My issue is I am being forced to accept cash which I don’t want, from the beginning of our engagement all I being asking for is my car fixed as close as possible to the original state before the damages and secondly the payout assessment price difference worries me. At first submission of the claim I was required to submit two quotations where I choose selected Mercedes Benz approved panel beater, one of which totals to R115000.00 the other R149000.00 the difference is price was on chose to replace senses and the other fix them my car was still on warranty on day one accident and the assessment was done 30 days later). Like I said before I just want my car fixed I don’t understand why discovery can’t take my car to the panel beater themselves and take full responsibility of cost based approve payout which will fix my car back at its original state before accident. I have never felt so cheated and taken for a ride especially with all the delays tactics discovery insurance and their staff members are trained to do. I understand that accident do happen but I refuse to be **********, due to the accident I have automatic lost value on my vehicle when I resale or trade in so why must you discovery insurance take even more away from me, no I refuse just fixed my car and pay the penal beaters directly. Please I’m asking for you to stop with all your insurance industry tactic of delaying and *****ing from people and stop forcing me to take your payout, it’s been a month and 15 days I want my car to be fixed to its original state ASAP.
