I logged a claim ext. I get a call to state its not covered cause its not a specified item... ***!!!! its under portable possessions. its only covered it they ***** if from the house or if its specified item. Discovery are a bunch of *******. Always making excuses to pay out the claims.<br> I am going to take this up with the ombudsman. That is pathetic! so because I don't SPECIFY EVERYTHING in my house that I travel with its not covered! so if they ***** all my jewelry when I am hijacked its not covered if I don't specify it BUT I GOT PROOF I HAD THE JEWELLRY??? I tried a few months ago to specify other jewelry ... their words to me no sorry its not over a 1000 so we cannot specify it. <br> Discovery you need to relook at my claim and best you get is sorted out.
