Dont use discovery

i am really disspointed with the service i recieved in dealing with my claim..... Firstly i claimed for my geyser to be replaced as it had a leak, Discovery had put in no effort to find a plumber to replace my geyser , i had to find the plumber which i feel is unacceptable i am paying discovery every month ..and this is not half of the issues i experienced with discovery
