Don't use Discovery!!

I have lodged a claim as a third party during March, as a Discovery client bumbed into my car. It is now June, and Discovery hasn't responded to any of my mails or phone calls. There is NO communication from them regarding my claim. I have to follow up every two weeks, just to hear that they apparently haven't received my email. My experience with Discovery insure was thé worst experience and most frustrating process ever....worst part is, it ain't over yet as my claim hasn't been finilised.
