Dont stick to their word

<p>Had my accident, they requested change of ownership and car registration documents to be sent to them as they wrote the car off, sent them the documents to which they said they would pay out within 72 hours, phoned 3 days later to find out what is happening and get told oh sorry we dont deal with this often so we would not of phoned you back. Get told I must fill out another form and wait a further 48 hours, phoned backed and get told no the papers are with the manager and we will pay you the next day, the next day comes and still have not been paid out, get told no I must wait a futher 72hours, even though they paying FNB to FNB. phoned again and they said the money was tranfered, waited 24 hours, the still had not received payment, phoned back and get a different story that they still busy processing my claim. it has been more than a week and have not received payment, this is the worst service I have ever gotten from a insurance company.</p>
