Dont pay back petrol as per adverts

This is the second time I am posting this as nothing has been done - For the last few months I have been getting the measly R122 petrol spend back from Discovery which is there flat rate when DQ track is not working I guess. Before I was gettng between R300-R400 back per month. Now is this my fault that there DQ tacker is not working? I had a brand new the DQ Tracker put in on the 16 Feb 2015. I got my breakdown for my Feb points in March and still got paid R122. I phoned the call centre in March and they said that they would go back for the last few months and work out my average points and refund me what they owe me. She did say that from 1 March 2015 my points and payments would be sorted going forward. Once again my email and refund came through on Friday and my points and refund for March was once again R122? ***? I am getting so tired of having to phone the call centre and wasting my ****** time and airtime. This is not my fault and no one can tell me whats wrong!!!! The guy I spoke to today said he would log a call and I will get an answer in 4-6 days. If this is not sorted out ASAP I will be going to the papers telling them how useless Discovery Insure is
