Don’t let them send you to a repair shop! Make sure you vet them first.

I am really disappointed that Discovery Insure would send my vehicle to a repair shop that cracked my windscreen whilst repairing my bumper and bent the left side axis. The windscreen they could not hide but they certainly tried their very best to hide the fact that they bent the axis.

How do you vet your repair shops discovery? People need to know thar their vehicle is in safe hands when they hand it over. I don’t want to receive my vehicle back and then find out that the repair shop messed it up.

I am not going to log another claim to fix something that a provider that you recommended broke. You need to hold these people accountable and not leave it to your policyholders to do that for you.
