Don’t let Discovery get your phone number!

As an insurance service provider Discovery is fine to work with. However, if their sales dept gets hold of your number, you’re harassed on a daily basis, and I mean harassed with 5 calls a day. I’m being called on my work line, my cell phone and now my home phone, despite asking the call Centre to take me off the list several times as I’m already a client! After being very direct to the last person I spoke with, calls stopped for about 2 weeks. They started again this morning on my unlisted home phone number. If anything will cause me to cancel all my insurance with Discovery, it’s this.
