Don't judge insurance by premiums - Judge when claiming!!

My wife bashed her car and took off her mirror and lots of other damage. Discovery had me FLOORED by FANTASIC service. I put in the claim late at night on their App, taking pictures etc. The next day at about 9.00, they had checked to see that my claim was not **********, and had arranged for a TOP panel beater (Proline) , who took over . My hire car had been arranged. Communication from panel beaters and discovery via sms at least 2ce a day, and in 4 days - the car was returned PERFECTLY. (Unlike a HORRIBLE experience I had with Outsurance years ago). Incidentally, my premiums at Discovery, cannot be beaten, an ESPECIALLY after my fuel rebate>!!
