Don't get stuck in the Discovery web...

I've been paying towards the "Vitalitydrive Rewards Programme" for many months now - while not receiving any cash back... turns out they failed to explain ONE OF THE MANY MANY "nitty gritty's" - which leads to them earning more without paying any so called cashbacks - I explained this to Sandile at the call centre and spoke for about 20mins before I realised that I would then also have to explain the entire 20min conversation that we just had via email to another of his colleagues (which will just lead to further confusion - although I think that's what they want as their entire "system" is clearly set up to lead to confusion among even their longstanding clients) - I then asked Sandile if I can rather please just escalate the matter with a manager instead... he asked me to hold the line but then it (coincidentally) dropped thereafter and neither he nor any manager called me back... would definitely not recommend anyone to get stuck in Discovery's web of constantly changing products... they make it very difficult/impossible to keep up - but seemingly deliberately as this way they can keep on advertising many wonderful claims without delivering on any of them...
