Don’t Fall Discovery Insure cashback skeem !

I have been a discovery insure member for over 2 years now but I’ve finally run out of patience with their ridiculous scoring system. My spouse has been a consistent cautious driver, with her daily trips being , dropping & fetching the kids at school with the odd trip to our local shopping centres. This has been her route for months and with her good driving habits she consistently reach gold level status approx 700 odd Pts. Come November all of a sudden this has changed ! She has had a consistent 5 star rating with the same trips as before her points have dropped dramatically from. 700 odd to 7! ...YES 7 ! ..and NO her phone settings have not changed and she is NOT on low power mode. The school and shopping centres are still in the same spot, as is our home. All her trips have recorded fine . Despite numerous calls with reference numbers *** this has not being resolved. Looks like Discovery are resorting to cheap tactics to prevent cash backs Rest assured come the new year I will be gladly cancelling my policy with these *******. You practices and integrity come into question.
