DONT EVER INSURE WITH DISCOVERY, THEIR CLAIM PROCESS IS A PAIN

I have been insured with discovery for a couple of years, got into an accident 16th of April, logged my claim 19th of April. after weeks of chasing finally vehicle got assessed and was written off( this happened in May). payment to the finance house only took place on the 12th and up to date the finance house has not received any remittance advice from discovery with breakdown as they make bulk payments. Each time you call discovery Insure you to prepare a hold time of 40 minutes, no one even their team leaders,Natasha,Cleo and Lynnette take accountability. it is always. I have even given up on calling them, the insurance claim is concluded but they have not even fetched the spare key, I have to follow up and chase them to do every little bit of job they suppose to do. The claim consultant Sindi has never been in touch if i call and she answer she will put my call back to the line. Whatever you do don't go to discovery insurance it offers horrible service in time of need. I cant even start looking for another car because the account is not closed, however because the famous discovery said they closed the ticket i cant get through anymore
