Don't ever be the innocent party when a Discovery Insure client drives into your car.

They say you should evaluate someone based on the way they treat a waiter or someone with no social standing. In my case I am the non-member claimant of Discovery Insure after one of their clients rear-ended my car in an accident. I have now been waiting 3 months for this claim to be resolved, received the most off-handed treatment and struggled numerous times to contact the person responsible for the claim from their side. Today after submitting additional documentation on the 25th of October already, I finally decided to follow up since she did not get back to me. She is off from work and her colleague confirmed my email was not even mentioned on the claim. From the very first engagement with Discovery Insure I have been having trouble engaging with them.

Reviewer Update
I have received feedback but the feedback received was not satisfactory. In their response they went back on a previous commitment to review the value of the vehicle if I can provide a quote from a s****yard to indicate that their market value calculation is not correct. They stated that they did not and will not consider a review of the amount and they are sticking to their original market value assessment. My problem is that I cannot find any salvage dealer willing to take the car off my hands for anything near to what they claim it is worth. Their client put my in this situation and they are unwilling to provide me fair compensation for the losses I have incurred.
