Don't deal with Noluthando Kumalo!!!!

Noluthando Kumalo must be the single worst consultant I have ever worked with on a claim in 22 years in the industry. I dont know how Discovery employs people like this in their organisation. A single lost All Risk item claim takes more than a month and then she sends a mail that the money will be paid to the client last week Wednesday, I phoned in today and the person on the phone said it has not even been requested.

Usually I have great service from Discovery Insure, but can someone please get rid of Noluthando, you are giving Discovery Insure a bad name!!!
