DONT CHOOSE DISCOVERY
I understand that their services have been interrupted due to the pandemic but their customer service is horrid, they never respond to emails or even attempt to assist customers adequately...their premiums keep increasing without adequate justification and they are unprofessional. If your looking for a car insurance company...DONT CHOOSE DISCOVERY. save yourself the hassle and headache of having to deal with them

30 Dec 2020, 15:37I just had an amazing, super friendly and professional call from Lwazi and Thami who work for discovery. They were patient enough to listen to my rant, calm and collected when explaining their processes and procedures and were able to resolve my problem in under 10 minutes. They are truly the epitome of what customer service should sound and look like. Thank you guys, your absolutely amazing and I feel more confident now in remaining with Discovery insure because of you two. Ill be sure to get my baby brother and niece to join discovery with the confidence that there is a Lwazi and Thami working hard even during this stressful festive season to provide exemplary service.
