Dont care attitude

I called in today with regards to the large increase on premium for May 2020.I was blatantly told by the agent that they can not assist me.I asked to speak to a manager i was told the manager will not be able to help.I am claim free for a year now.I wanted some assistance without changing my current package.I dont understand in this economy and with the virus you come with this dont care attitude and big premium increase.I am left with no choice to move to another company which i really dont want to do.Are u trying to sink your establishment or do you just have this dont care attitude and let me tell it does not suit you.Totally unhappy and im sure i a not the only one.
