Dont believe the Screensaver sales pitch!

It has now been a month of 48 to 72 hour response time to no avail. No concrete feedback... Loosing the so called rewards which is still not clear.. Can not get decision makers details....

Communication is send to anonymous person and not the policy holder. Can not even find my policy.. So not sure who I am paying then....

The payed tracking device works exactly the same as the drive... Total *******....

It seems that the ombudsman would be the only option.....with all the evidence obtained...
