Does the DQ track ever work first time?

Does the DQ track ever work first time?<br> <br> The last time I had this installed in a different car they had to fix it three times before it functioned properly.<br> <br> I had the thing installed on a different car on ***5 and since then my car smells like glue.<br> I called on ***5 and got a very unhelpful person(Anele or Andile) who forever put me on hold to query.<br> <br> 1. I was informed that you don't use glue but a double sided tape - so please explain to me the glue smell since this has been installed.<br> 2. While on call with this unhelpful person I get an sms and an email informing me that my DQ track isn't working, so I don't understand if the device isn't working or that person sent me the email and sms because I called.<br> 3. Surely this should have been fast tracked so that this can be investigated instead of being told that I will have to make an appointment - this can take three weeks<br> <br> Different car and this thing still gives issues after being installed and your call centre staff is just unhelpful
