Does not keep to their word
Complained on Hellopeter on the 18th Feb about my cashback on my premium that as was not paid to me. Fazila from Discovery contacted me and admitted that there was an error and apologised for it. Told me my money will be in 5 days.. It is over a week now and I am still waiting for my cashback to be paid. They quick to debit your premiums but when it is time for them to pay they take their own time, Totally disappointed and I think I have had enough with Discovery,
