Does not have a care in the world about third party claims

After posting a complaint on 3 May 2021 regarding a RIDICULOUSLY LOW SETTLEMENT OFFER for a third party claim and insisting that Discovery liaises with an approved panelbeater on its books that will repair my vehicle for the amount that they are offering. The initial quotation that I got directly from the panelbeaters was about 2.5 TIMES HIGHER that the amount that Discovery offered. Nonkululeko Kolanisi, who works with Gretchen Rubin, contacted me telephonically on 13 May 2021 and stated that Net Assess has spoken to the panelbeaters and that the panelbeaters will be willing to repair my vehicle at the amount that Discovery is offering. She requested me to sign the settlement offer. I requested that this is put on email. When visiting the very same panelbeaters yesterday to get another quote, it appeared that they had not been contacted regarding the settlement offer for my vehicle and are NOT WILLING TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE FOR THE AMOUNT ON OFFER. What a lousy insurance company. Let's get the facts straight: your paying client rammed into my vehicle and damaged it. I have been following the process, following up repeatedly, and now you insist that your own approved panelbeater fix up my bumper in a way that even they deem substandard. I cannot imagine that anyone with a good conscience can do business with Discovery Insure.
