Does not answer email properly!!!!!!!!

Please note I have now send 7 emails unfortunately. no one understand my request.
Suzuki S-presso primary driver: CORNE MULLER Second driver: will be Dina-mari Du Plooy I have email her Learners permit . SHE WILL DRIVER THE S-PRESSO haswell and i want her covered in an assident ADDIONAL DRIVERS: will be allowed with premission and valid drivers licence.
Can you do this changes for me? PLease aswers each Question!!! 1. Will you cover Dina-mari fully if she is in an accident???? YES/NO 2. Will there be any access to be paid? YES/NO 3. What will the acces be? R_________

Thank you for your review.
The primary driver is noted on the policy and a premium is calculated using their details. This means you can only note one person who drives most often and more frequently. In this case Corne shows that they drive most often and more frequently.
However, any other person can drive the vehicle provided that they have a valid drivers license and with the permission of the owner.
Where the driver has a learners license, they need to be accompanied by a licensed driver all the time when taking the wheel.
Dina Mari with a learners license is allowed to drive the vehicle provided that they are be accompanied by a licensed driver always.
We express that the SA rules of the road must be observed at all times.
The basic excess is the 1st amount payable during the submission of a valid claim.
Please have a look at your plan schedule for further details on what excess is applicable to you.
