Does customer service have anything to do with the colour of my skin?

Yesterday I called discovery to enquire about my policy, when I was not satisfied with the answer I got and th attitude I got from the consultant who assisted me, I called back and requested to be put through to the complaints section, but I was put through to the same department I wanted to complain about, but to a different person, while talking to the gentleman I could hear the colleagues I'm the background saying "yilabantu abamnyama abane attitude abazitshela ukuthi bayabhadala ipremium mos, uyadelela " which simply means" it's theservice black people who are full of attitude because they think they're paying the premiums, she's full of nonsense " what I want to know from them, is it about the colour of your skin or about the service?
