Worst communication platform.

Have a good product but badly managed.

Non responsive whatsapp helpline, waiting period average 10 min on customer care and 2 to 3 week response to emails.

When emails are rep**** on, then it is a generic non relevant response. Not addressing issues.

Apps keep on crashing, network issues are blamed for in accurate readings and we lose in the process.

Took me 45 min to try and load a claim, to cancel it in order to get a no claim letter - that is the standard procedure but is not explained on the webpage. Was instructed that it is the only procedure after phoning in to find out I need to do it on the app which in the end did not have the option to cancel the claim and had to be done telephonically phoning the same number as before.....

At outsurance i get called back after 30sec - 1min. To load a claim on the app takes 5 min and to get the letter of no claim can be generated automatically...
