Do Not USe Discovery Insure

Please don't waste your time. Insurance claims are paid out by giving you a takealot voucher. I don't shop often at takealot so yes this really sucks. Well, I was so frustrated as I was told by Discovery that it is their regations. However, my premiums were paid in cash and not via vouchers. Now am stuck with takealot credit that I cannot use to replace what my son needs as they don't have exactly what he needs, and if I buy what they have then I am gonna have to spend and R10 000 to get him the upgrade. As a single parent, I don't need this nonsense. So play safe people DO Not use discovery insure.
