DO NOT TRUST DISCOVERY'S EXCESS FUNDER SYSTEM!!!

Really disgusted with the news I received, I am not impressed with what I have been told, I cancelled my car insurance last month and had an excess funder account, I had nearly R4000 in it and now its been for fitted because I didnt withdraw the money 1st? and now I am advised that I cannot get the money due to the cancellation, No one told me even during the cancellation process that the money would be for fitted because I didnt request it, very very disgusted with this and I will be advising friends and family over this, this is just ridiculous
