Do not pay feul rewards as prommised

i did everything i was supposed to do to have my car checked and did register my card on the sms line after i have called and went on holiday in December 2014 and spend close to 12000 rands on fuel and no reward was allocated and they do not want to help me all they say is they need the slips and i must take my time to get it to them who will pay me for my time after i have done everything i was supposed to do and this is not wright and they lure you in with promises and then they do not deliver as the living expenses are very high and we the man on the ground try to survive and then companies run you in as they have every time an excuse to why they do not want to pay you out what was promised I the beginning and they must go back to the recordings and listen to them as i asked over the phone to register my card and i was told that it was successfully registered and then there was no inspection form from TWT and i went to get it from them and then they said that the money would be paid at end Feb 2015 but still nothing and now new stories and they cant do this and then that and i need this and then that and I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THEY ASKED AND STILL NO JOY FROM DISCOVERY INSURE
