DO. NOT. INSURE. YOUR. CAR. WITH. DISCOVERY. THAT'S IT. YOU WILL HAVE HEADACHE AND NOT GET ASSISTANCE

I have lodged a claim with Discovery 2 days ago and the car is still waiitng to be picked up for assessments. They keep giving empty promises, saying they will email and call for updates but they never do.

They never give you proper answer regarding the status of your claim, Cleo will hang up on you, Nelisiwe Khumalo who is apparently the Claims Specialist and is the only one who can give that update DOES NOT respond to email and is always busy when we call. So much for emergency assistance 2 days later - no assistance has been received. Discovery is disappointing and frustrating.
