DO NOT INSURE WITH DISCOVERY

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The most ********** company to insure your vehicle with. Firstly, their products are so overpriced for the service that they offer. I had an incident in February where someone accidentally bumped into my car, I sent through the claim and went through the whole process with Discovery to get my car fixed. It came to me as a surprise when it was communicated to me that I would not be liable for the excess on my vehicle (I mean this is also why you have insurance for when someone drives into you), and then all of a sudden I had to pay that amount. Discovery has not communicated to me at all to when the excess will be paid back to me and what the arrangement was with them and the person who drove into me to do a back payment. For a company who probably makes millions each month, I am so disappointed in your client care. I will not be recommending Discovery to anyone or even consider insuring anything with them in the future.
