DO NOT INSURE WITH DISCOVERY

I had to get to the level of writing down a public comment and express the level of my frustration with Discovery.

If you are thinking about insuring your vehicle with discovery I advise you not do so, being one of the largest insurance companies in the country you expect a high level of professionalism and costumer service . You will not get it with discovery .

I had an incident in which my vehicle was written off begging of March , it is 4th of June and discovery has not finalize my claim and left me with no transportation.

The service provided by Nompuemelo Bandezi and Tshegofatso Madison is by far one of the worse services I have ever experienced , both claim administrators do not reply emails , calls or anything , if you try to contact the ' direct line ' you will be directed to someone else who will always tell you your administrator is currently at another call , out for lunch or not in the office.

I had to explain my situation to about 4-5 different administrators, Tshepo Mohatle proved to be quite efficient solving one of the issues I had quite promptly, I then reached to him for assistance to finally finalize my claim and then 4 days later I sent him an email , him or Tshegofatso have not bother to reply to any of my emails.

I know I won't get a reply from them ever , so if you are thinking about ensuring with discovery DO NOT .

They will also charge you a higher premium and I'm a case of accident they will tell you how they made a mistake and charge you more than they should have and get a " we are sorry "

This is my last resource to get someone who actually cares to do their job and help me finalize my claim .
