Do not dare question Discovery

I received a notice from Discovery Insure that my insurance premium will be going up as per annual anniversary which I don't have a problem of but to my surprise the premium was up by about 25% way over than CPI. When i queried this I received a response that my policy is down graded to a low plan instead of effecting a reasonable increase. I have always been loyal to the Discovery brand so I was quite surprise by this response as it gave me the feeling that you don't dare question us we are penalising you for doing so. Discovery Insure doesn't do any justice to the Discovery brand. Cell C learnt the hard way when they tried to bully a customer I don't think they can ever go pass that.
