Do not choose Discovery Insure as your insurer

Absolutely shocking service from Discovery Insure. Submitted a claim for hail damage. It is more than 2 weeks later and I am nowhere. I have called in numerous times and get put on hold for more than 15 mins. I will definitely be cancelling my policy as Outsurance has already been calling me numerous times. Gross and utter incompetence from Discovery Insure. I urge anybody who requires a decent insurer to avoid Discovery Insure.
