Dissipointed discovery insure

After an accident on 5 March 2023 my husband was involved driving down on hexpas it was raining and there is oil and diesel spill on the road from a previous accident no way to avoid and no other road to take my husband's car started slipping no matter what he did it did not help him from not slipping which he ended of the road airbon the car so the damage on the back side is beyond economic repair....after the accident my husband trying to press panic on his phone for vitality drive no respond it didn't even pick up it was in a accident or the car went off the road.my husband the call the police and every one else is mails phoned discovery and fot primision to tow the car to the Ismail yard all good now waiting on a ambulance witch took for ever and even with my medical aid with discovery my husband was transported in a state ambulance nearly 2 hours after the accident.now when u join vitality drive and discovery insure the sent u to a tiger wheel for assessment of your car and if it ticks all the points that will ensure u are save on the road with that done an pass on all now discovers insure says its the tires of the car witch was the course of the accident witch is far from the truth by law 1mm is still road worthy and the check they did it was stil good now all of a sudden it's the tires I'm quite disappointed for I took all my things to discovery medical aid incurens and wanted to take out policy's but after this experience I will not recommend and also not join myself.so still waiting nearly 1 month for the paper work from them to take this up with my lawyer and ombudsman with all my proof.sad for discovery because I thought you were the best off all now I was proven wrong.i hope u will treat your loyal clients n bit better in the future.....
