Dissatisfied with service by Collen Baloyi

I have had a terrible experience with a so-called Claim specialist by the name of Collen Baloyi. My claim was submitted on 24 July 2022 today 24 August 2022 a month later it is still not resolved. He does not answer calls, he does not return my e-mails if he happens to read my e-mail he does not read and understand the whole content. As it is I do not have a car, I am a single parent I am thoroughly frustrated. In the manner I trusted discovery in the past, this guy Collen Baloyi has made me lose hope in Discovery Insure completely. HE DOES NOT TAKE CALLS, HE DOES NOT PROVIDE UPDATES HE IS JUST HOPELESS@@
