Dissatisfied Discovery Insure Customer

Discovery Insure has ********* behaviour. They rejected my claim on grounds that I was speeding. However my Matrix report justifies that i was not speeding. I am also paying for a credit shortfall on my insurance. Their response to my claim had wrong vehicle and driver details. Discovery still does not want to take ownership to this incorrect information. The assessor Vik Lazarus was very unprofessional and insisted upon using Waidler as a collision expert to verify the speed the vehicle was travelling. However their report had the wrong time and person driving the vehicle. There is enough room to payout my policy.
