Dissatisfaction

Discovery offered very poor service. I claimed for copper pipes ******. I was left without water for 10days. I had to call Discovery every time to follow up and be placed on hold for 20-30min every time a consultant needs to figure out why the claim is not resolved. Discovery claims to authorize claims in 48 hours, this is untrue! No direct communication information i.e the consultant responsible for your claim, the manager, the complaints department.
