Dissapointed in the service and system issues
I just learned through calling Discovery Insure this Monday that if you complete your EyeGym Assessment and a Driving Assessment Online you can get more DQ points for the month and year. This was great news and much appreciated however was never advised to me initially as well as getting my vehicles assessed by Tiger Wheel every year. Much appreciate the service I have received from Discovery which I cannot dispute however important that one knows about this as it will affect the monthly returns. I need to add that I completed the online assessment but this has not changed my score in fact your system allows me to re-take the assessment and answer the same questions over and over. Not sure if you have a system issue or bug….Pls confirm?
