Dissapointed

I submit a claim on Tuesday. According to discovery slogan you can almost get claim immediately approved if everything is in place.

All my things were in place. And still not immediate approval. I was assigned to a consultant (nompumelelo siningwa) who never gave my feedback since Tuesday. I've sent twice an email to request feedback. I don't even have a car to drive with. Still waiting on feedback.

I would appreciate feedback. It was told on Tuesday the car will be collected on the same day or the following day. Which did not happen. I'm still stranded without car. For 2 days I had to organize a lift to work... Could've get a rental already.

So dissapointed... Discovery is an overall ultimate insurance. But I would like them to deliver according to their word.
