Dissapointed by the pathetic service I received

Had a leak in the garrage due to heavy storm. Accessors came and picked up the stuff and since then I only heard that they did not want to pay for the items because the third party accessor who picked up the stuff from my garrage thinks that the stuff should not be in the garrage. Since then I got the call from Discovery in december and when I said I will take them to the Ombudsman they said they will talk to the managers and get back to me and nothing happened for 3 months. They did not even delivery one the items that I claimed in another claim around 7 months ago. Big or small all these companies only make false promises and the outcome is the same. Do not fall for there adverts and wrong promises.<br> <br>
