Dissapointed at Discovery Insure

My car was ****** in November, recovered mid December. So an auto repairs company appointed to fix the car. The car had been in their Yard since January. Today were supposed to collect the 'fixed' car. So many outstanding things, some replaced with incorrect parts...we did not take the car.

Still no explaination from Discovery as why the car was not settled . ..nobody is checking on the ***** repairer
