Disregard for safety of their client!

I have a life threatening mold allergy (with a Doctor's note confirming this). Despite a massive leak and mold in my house they have not arranged alternative accommodation for me. They have told me they will let me know when they can. I go into anaphylaxis daily, as a client I expect that my insurance company ensures that I survive an insurable event at the very least!
