My claim started on a good note, getting regular email updates n curtersy calls from Peter Rankhathali BUT now it's a nightmare n arrogance.Today it's 60days without a car, the Panelbeaters are still awaiting authorization from Discovery to fix the leaking water pump that got damaged due to the impact, they are saying in their view its wear n tear Not accident related. Thamie from Discovery said on Wednesday she is going to send the car to Opel for a diagnostic report, if indeed it's confirmed that it's accident related they are going to fix but if Not I'm told I will pay for the report n have to fix it myself. My plight is, how is it possible to isolate the crack to waterpump after the impact. I am stuck no Car for 62 days, curtersy car period was Not extended yet it was not my fault to delay assessing n allocating the Panelbeaters, Elagant Square Panelbeaters findings are now quiried by insurance that they might be milking money from insurance who appointed them. When they did quality check after fixing the body they pointed out the problem of water pump. This whole thing is a nightmare. Please assist what can I do
