Dispute on motor vehicle claim (***)

On 23 May 2017 @12:15 my vehicle was ****** and it was recovered the same day at 13:20. Upon recovery, I asked the insurance consultant for the location where the car was recovered and he refused to give me the information. I told him that I want to go and see if my car was ok yet he refused. There were contents in the car when it was ******. Initially the claims consultant told me that there were no contents in the car and they don't have records of my car contexts. But when I told them that there was a baby car seat. Then I received the photos taken by the recovery team only took pictures of the contents of the car but there was no checklist when the car was handed over to the metro police. When I insisted on a formal and official documentation. 6 weeks later I receive an unsigned Recovery report which does not show any contents of the car. So now my insurer says that they are not responsible and accountable for my belongings because I didn't have portable content cover with them, yet they can't rove that they handed the car with the contents to the metro police officer. My dispute is that Discovry insure can't prove that the content were handed over to the metro police. My insurer does not have a signed document showing that metro police received the car with the contents in it. My insurer refused my right and opportunity to secure my contents at the recovery scene. Yet, they can't take responsibility for the missing contents. Kindly assist
