disocvery insure forcing me to write my car off

My car was ****** 2 weeks ago and recovered .The damaged was mostly inside plastic panels as ******* was looking for the tracking device. Discovery net assess came back with a value to repair of R45k . They write of margin they say is 65% of the car value. Car is R65k x 65 % that is roughly R42k for R3000 discovery wanst to write the car off. They not willing to accept for me to pay that R3000 nor they willing to sell me back my car they want to me go to an auction to get it back. I don't see why I am being forced by discovery to replace and fix things that was not damaged during this theft and was pre-existing. It is my car. I should have the right to decide what I want to fix it is my car but I am being forced to s**** teh car or for me to get it towed to someone else to re-quote and then maybe they will think about paying for it to be fixed. This is really **** service from discovery insure. Someone wants my car because it has low mileage, full service history and only 2 owners that is why they forcing me to s**** this. I am now taking this up with my legal advisors as this is ****.
