Dismissive attitude

<p>I recently relocated to Uk and asked for help regarding my insurance status will in the process of purchasing a car, I was refered to the correct department via an extremely efficient lady in the Claims Dept of the Sandon Branch.</p> <p> The request for assistance was sent to her on Wednesday the 19th of July.</p> <p>Despite daily reminders the Gentleman refused to respond to my request until I escalated the enquiry..</p> <p>His response was to to let me know that a 'claim experience' letter was required by Discovery.</p> <p>I then asked for him to action this , I received no response.</p> <p>Do to the ,rgency, whenI had not had an acknowledgement, I once again escalated the request only to have the matter be refered back to the claims department lady this morning . </p> <p>What annoyed me was that despite being the client, this gentleman still has not sent me an email directly to inform me of his intentions.</p> <p>As there was a matter of urgency to this I feel that the person in question could have done more to put my mind at ease</p>
