Dismissed Claim without valid reason

I recently made a claim with discovery insure regarding my vehicle.

The claims was initially approved and few hours later the claim was declined without concrete reasoning, The lady dealing with claim promised to send me the assessment report but she didn't honor that promise.

Now I am stuck without a car while this claim is not resolved yet I didn't miss any premium.
