DISINTERESTED BROKERS

Absolutely disgusted with your agents here in Somerset West. Taylor Made. Two problems. First - my policy is still in the name of my husband who passed away in April 2019. they cannot seem to change this despite many requests to do so. Am I the only widow in South Africa? As things stand, I am unable to claim in my own name, but trying to create a bank account for my husband who passed a long while ago, is impossible! Wish I could understand the problem, despite the fact that they have had a copy of the Death Certificate shortly after his passing. Second. I had a most terrible ******* in the last few months. Only just discovered this since I opened my jewellery box on 21st December. The local police station have been wonderful. The things that are missing go back to my birth and early childhood. I am extremely upset and all I want to do is set up a meeting with Mandy Taylor. But she refuses to speak to me. I'm definitely not a client that's worth a call. Please Discovery, can you suggest a more user friendly broker in Somerset West because I need to sort out both these issues with some consideration and empathy.
