Dishonest Discovery Insure

Spoken Nzwakhe Radebe. Just changed over my insurance with MI-Way in the pretence that my complete vehicle was covered. Now that i have a claim. Discovery rejects my bullbar. Is this normal or are the rates cheaper because of their hidden and dishonest practice.
