Dishonest company

Very disappointed with the level of service from a recommended company. The Insurance broker/salesman that assisted me went by the name of "Monde" (unsure if spelt correctly) and he sold me false information of benefits on the quote.

After arguing with them that the quote had been changed they even went back into the phone call recording to verify what he said and admitted to their false information supp**** however STILL failed to honour the original quote.

Bottom line, they will sell you the whole world but it's all nonsense.

Pay a little more and go somewhere else!
