Dishonest and arrogant

For more than 2 months I've struggled to speak to someone regarding my claim. They falsely claimed pet damage and rejected my claim. They refuse to speak to me. All they do is respond to complaints by telling me someone will look into it and then nothing. You cannot call them and you cannot email them. If you call to sign up then they answer the phone within 2 seconds. Their main goal is to make as much money as possible and to provide the worst service possible. Dishonest and arrogant.
