Disgusting Unprofessional Insurance Company
So being beyond annoyed and frustrated i can honestly say don’t ever use Discovery Insure for anything!! Having a traumatic incident happen on the 4 Jan and not being once contacted or assisted by them! If I don’t call to follow up, which by the way has been a sorry no one can update you or sorry the people you need aren’t ever available, we promise they will call you back. The consultants will tell you they are really busy and can assist once they have caught up December! Not bothering to call, Email or even sms me an update! The consultants are rude and unhelpful! The way we have been treated is disgusting and unacceptable! Discovery should not offer a service they can not provide!

I am still waiting for someone to call me or assist me! It has been a month and 6 days now! My friends insurance company helped her with her claim with in a week! This is really disappointing.. I want it finalized so that I can move to a more competent insurance company!

I have requested that management calls me and they haven’t bothered I have given an alternative contact number as well!! It is almost 2 months later and I am still having pathetic incompetence from discovery!! I want this finalized so that I can cancel my policy with this pathetic company service offered and actually move to an insurance company worth paying!!
